Randall Flagg might have been Maerlyn the Magician once. He may have chased the last Gunslinger across the desert as the man fled. He could have been the one who planted that bomb in Maine and it surely looked like his hands which drew a dark cloak over his head after pouring poison into the King's goblet. Flagg is a man without loyalty except to himself and the chaos of RED. He wants the world to fall and it will, it will. It will fall one stone, one boy, one girl, one town, one world at a time.
